Our story

Dimension3 Architects was established in 1997, with the aim of working closely with clients completing architectural and construction projects and finding solutions to their specific challenges; working together for a more than satisfactory outcome is what drives us every day in our interactions with clients.

We have over 25 years’ experience in Residential Architecture, completing over $70M worth of construction projects. We use the latest ArchiCad 3D CAD software. We have experience in large scale Industrial Warehouse Design, Multi-Storey Unit Design, Medical Facilities, Townhouses and Duplex Projects, along with extensive work on small-scale residential estates and countless small- and large-scale renovations to existing homes.

What we offer

Our Architectural Designer provides design solutions for clients who want a new original building but are unsure how to design it, get it approved, meet all building regulations and legal issues, and comply with local authority requirements.

We create plans and designs for contractors and builders to build off and we provide detailed and accurate drawing documentation that allow our contractors to build with little room for error.

Where we operate

Dimension3 Architects provides its services within a 100 km radius, from Brisbane to the North to Ballina to the South, Northern NSW. Whilst the bulk of our work has been based in South-East Queensland, we have completed projects of various types, Australia-wide. We have worked on large-scale residential projects of up to $4.5 million for our overseas clients, requiring full Architectural Designer Services both during design and construction stages.
